Growing with Gratitude

Hello friends!

This will be my last time writing to you about generosity on our Stewardship Adventure. That’s because this Sunday, November 20th, we are wrapping up our Adventure in planning what God has called us to do.

This Sunday we are turning in pledge cards. This is when we set intentions and help our church plan around what new things we will be able to do for the gospel and for our neighborhood.

This year has been a year of incredible growth for our church community. We know that 2023 will be another wonderful year of new adventure for us. To that end, please prayerfully consider increasing your giving this year.

Remember my advice to all of you when it comes to giving: give all you can (and not a penny more) and give a percentage of what you earn. To that end, prayerfully consider giving 1 or 2% points more than you gave in years previous.

As we grow in generosity our neighborhood will also grow. As we grow in generosity, our love of neighborhood will also grow. As we grow in generosity we will look more like Jesus.

I look forward to worshipping with you this Sunday. I can’t wait to see what God is calling us towards.
