Something alive!

Hey Church Family--

I've had four Sundays with you all as your pastor and I have learned one big lesson-- there is something ALIVE within this church. The energy, the warmth, the hope alive in this church is completely overwhelming. What a blessing it has been to be around all of you and to see this new life so evident.

As we come back from a year of lockdown and transition it has been encouraging to see folks who are coming back and coming for the first time. It has convinced me of something I already knew, which is that God is not done using these ten acres. God is not done using this community.

The season ahead will be bringing new opportunities for all of us to participate in the work God is doing here in our neighborhood. The Chili-Cook-Off, Third Grade Bibles, Trunk-or-Treats, and more all lay ahead in the coming weeks and months.

Be a part of this rebuilding of God's Kingdom here at Shepherd's. Come and join us in worship. Reach out to someone you haven't seen in a while. Invite someone you've never seen at church before.

Now is the time for you to join in.
